[摘　要]　对住宅质量保证保险问题的实质进行了分析，阐明了其主体内容及推行住宅质量保证保险的意义。基于博弈论相关原理及信息维理论对保险与投保进行了博弈分析，基于博弈分析结论建议了推行住宅质量保证保险的相关措施。

Abstract: The essence of the assurance and insurance of residential quality was analyzed in this paper. The principal part and the significance of carrying out the assurance and insurance of residential quality were explained. Based on the game theory and information dimension， the insurance and insuring were analyzed. According to the conclusion from the analysis， some measures about how to carry out the assurance and insurance of residential quality were given.
