[摘　要]　经济全球化和信息时代的迅猛发展，对建筑业提出新的挑战。由此，本文分析了国际建筑市场的创新趋势，包括绿色建筑，更广范围与更高层次的知识共享、协作与集成化管理，公私合作伙伴关系以及仿生、射频识别等新材料、新技术的开发应用，在此基础上，提出了我国建筑业应对国际创新趋势的策略。

Abstract: The construction industry is facing with new challenges from fast development of economy globalization and information age. This paper analyzes the innovative trends in the international construction markets as a result of such challenges，which include green building， knowledge sharing in a wider area and higher level， cooperation and integrated management， public-private partnerships（PPP） and exploitation of new materials as biomimetics materials and new technology as Radio Frequency Identification（RFID）. Based on these， the strategies for our country's construction industry to meet the international innovative trends are put forward.
