[摘　要]　重点运用制度经济学的制度变迁理论，分析了代建制管理模式的制度效率，分析表明代建制是一种合理高效的制度安排。最后提出了为使代建制制度效率充分发挥，现阶段应当重点进行的一些工作。

Abstract: This paper analyses the institutional efficiency of agent construction system by use of the theory of institutional transformation within new institutional economics. The analysis shows that agent construction system is a rational and efficient institution. In the end several important measures that need to be taken at present are put forward in order to use such an institution fully.
