摘要：从企业层面出发，分析施工企业风险管理文化的意义和内涵；提出施工企业风险管理文化体系的构建要点，并从“一个中心、两个方面、四个层次”的设计思路出发，构建风险管理文化体系。以期通过研究，为施工企业提升员工风险管理意识和建设风险管理文化提供参考。

Abstract：From the enterprises level，analyzes the meanings and contents of construction enterprises risk management culture. Then，proposes the building points of construction enterprises risk management culture，according to the “one center，two aspects，four levels” design idea，builds the system of risk management culture，which has reference for improving employee risk management awareness and the construction of risk management culture.
