摘要：工程项目实践中的施工合同柔性以及影响因素尚未得到广泛关注。应用扎根理论探索工程合同柔性的构成以及影响因素的分类，构建各影响因素与合同条款柔性和合同执行柔性之间的概念模型，并对合同柔性内涵和影响合同柔性机理进行再分析。研究成果以期在实践中为提升建设项目绩效提供理论依据。

Abstract：Construction contract flexibility and influencing factors have not been widely concerned. Based on the grounded theory，explores the composition of construction contract flexible and the classification of influencing factors，constructs the conceptual model about influencing factors between contract terms flexibility and contract execution flexibility，and reanalyzes the connotation of contract flexibility and influencing factors of contracts flexibility. The results contribute to theory of contract flexibility for promoting project performance.
