摘要：完善的绿色建筑申请流程有利于绿色建筑的评估认证与推广。比较我国《绿色建筑评价标准》与美国LEED、英国BREEAM、新加坡Green Mark，在申请流程的高效性、公正性、科学性等方面的差距，提出建立在线申请网站实现无纸化提交、建立独立的专业评估机构和绿色建筑共享网站、建立互动答疑平台、增设预评估和实地核查环节等建议，为我国《绿色建筑评价标准》申请流程优化提供参考。

Abstract：Efficient green building application process is helpful in evaluation and authentication as well as promotion of green building projects. The paper compares the application process of assessment standard for green building in China with LEED in U.S.，BREEAM in U.K. and Green Mark in Singapore from aspects of efficiency，fairness and science. Then puts forward suggestions of establishing online application sites to achieve paperless submission，building independent professional assessment agencies and green building sharing site，building interactive question and answer platform，adding process of pre-assessment and field verification，provides reference for the improvement of application process for the evaluation of green building projects in China.
