摘要：随着我国经济发展进入“新常态”，建筑企业的发展面临新的机遇和挑战。利用SWOT分析方法，就经济新常态下建筑企业发展的优势、劣势，以及机遇和挑战进行分析，并对建筑企业的发展提出对策与建议。

Abstract：As China’s economic development has entered the new normal with the structural adjustment，speed shift，power conversion，the development of construction enterprises are facing opportunities and challenges. The paper uses the SWOT to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of construction enterprises development under the new economy normal，and the opportunities and challenges in the future，provides countermeasures and suggestions for construction enterprises development.
