摘要：首先结合基础设施PPP项目的风险分担特点，分析私营资本的风险管理现状；然后从私营资本的角度出发，利用霍尔三维结构理论，动态分析基础设施PPP项目中私营资本面临的风险因素，为私营资本在基础设施PPP项目中的风险管理提供参考。

Abstract：Combined with the characteristics of risk sharing of infrastructure PPP projects，the paper analyzes the current situation in the risk management of private capital. Then，from the perspective of private capital，makes a dynamic and system analysis about risk factors in the infrastructure PPP projects by using the theory of Hall’s three dimensional structure，in order to provide reference for the private capital’s risk management in infrastructure PPP projects.
