[摘　要]　简述了我国农民工养老保险工作陷入困境的原因，指出我国目前的养老保险模式不适应现阶段农民工的生活工作特点。在分析了社会保险和商业保险的特点与区别之后，提出商业保险模式可以有效解决农民工养老保险问题，并对该命题进行了论证。

Abstract: Discusses the causes why China's endowment insurance work for peasant workers fall into dilemma, points out that China's present endowment insurance model is incompatible with the characteristics of the life and work of peasant workers. After analyzing the characteristics and differences between social insurance and commercial insurance, argues that the commercial insurance model can effectively resolve the issue of peasant workers' endowment insurance, and provides a full demonstration of the proposition.
