摘要：基于我国勘察设计行业现行管理体制，分析勘察设计行业管理中存在的弊端和改革面临的突出问题，运用集成创新理论，并通过相关企业在岩土工程一体化咨询和工程总承包方面探索实践的案例，提出以集成创新促进勘察设计行业和企业改革发展的若干建议。

Abstract：Based on the current management system of survey and design industry in our country，this paper analyzes the disadvantages of survey & design industry management and the outstanding problems faced by the reform，and uses the theory of integrated innovation and through the related enterprises successful cases of practice in geotechnical engineering consulting and engineering procurement construction，puts forward some proposals of integrated innovation to promote the reform and development of survey & design industry and enterprises.
