摘要：综述国内外应用BIM技术进行校园建筑数字化建设的研究及其应用成果，从校园建筑的设计阶段，施工阶段和运维阶段分析指出BIM技术对于推动高校校园建筑数字化有其必要性和重要价值。然后在对美国萨维尔大学BIM技术应用实例分析基础上，总结案例经验，最后指出BIM技术对我国校园建筑数字化的具体要求。

Abstract：This paper systematically studies the results of the construction of the campus building based on the BIM technology，and points out the necessity and the importance of BIM technology in promoting digital university campus. On the basis of the case analysis of Xavier University，Moreover，summarizes the experience of the case and points out the specific requirements of BIM technology in the construction of digital campus in China.
