摘要：运用企业信息化工程模型对项目集约化管理方法进行研究，包括建立集约化项目管理组织、建立过程控制信息体系、加强集约化的风险管理，进行风险分析和控制、加强对集约化支撑环境动态化管理等，以有效保证项目管理组织对各项管理过程的控制，并在应用中进行持续的检查和纠偏。以期对学界与业界关于项目集约化管理的研究发挥积极推动作用。

Abstract：In this paper，applies the enterprise information engineering model to study the intensive project management，including establishing the organizations of intensive project management，establishing the process control information system，enhancing the intensive risk management，enhancing the supporting environment of intensive management dynamically，in order to effectively ensure the project management organization to control the management process and check and rectify the related management behavior continuously.
