摘要：高校基本建设的快速发展及政府监管办法的调整优化，对高校基建项目管理工作提出了更高的要求。结合近年来首师大基建项目的管理实践，对高校基本建设项目的管理内容及管理特点等进行分析，并提出管理对策与新举措供同行参考。

Abstract：The rapid development of university basic construction and the adjustment and optimization of the government regulation，propose higher requirements for the project management. Combined with the basic construction project management practice in recent years，the paper systematically analyzes the basic construction project management content，characteristics，puts forward management countermeasures and new measures.
