摘要：我国工程造价管理存在管理模式落后、与市场实际脱节和信息化程度低等诸多问题，已经严重制约了建筑业的发展。在分析工程造价管理面临的问题和BIM技术的问题和BIM技术基本特征的基础上，探讨BIM技术在工程项目决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段和竣工验收阶段的造价管理，以期对工程造价管理理论和实践起到一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract：There are many problems in the construction cost management in our country，such as the backward management mode，the disconnection of the actual market and the low level of information，which have seriously restricted the development of the construction industry. In this paper，on the basis of analyzing the problems of engineering cost management and the basic characteristics of BIM techndogy，discusses the cost management of BIM technology in project decision-making stage，design stage，bidding and tender stage，construction stage and completion of the acceptance stage. The paper has certain reference for the engineering cost management.
