既有建筑采用可再生能源节能改造技术分析

[摘 要] 以济南市某公共建筑为对象,以《公共建筑节能设计标准》为依据,并借鉴瑞典进行既有建筑节能改造的成功技术和经验,基于节能、降耗及减排的原则,以应用可再生能源为技术手段,对该建筑进行了节能改造设计。针对不同采用可再生能源的节能技术改造方案所带来的节能效益进行了对比,给出了采用不同节能技术对既有建筑改造的初投资及其回收期的经济分析,对推动既有建筑节能改造具有借鉴作用。

Abstract: An existing public building located in Jinan has been reconstructed using renewable energy according to the national energy conservation standard. The successful technology and experience used for energy conservation of existing building reconstruction in Sweden were used for reference in the design process of this building which to be reconstructed as energy saving building using renewable energy. The conservation performances of different renewable energy adopted in this project were compared. Economical efficiency analysis for investment and economic benefit of energy conservation reconstruction with renewable energy for this building has also been made, which may be useful to the energy saving reconstruction using renewable energy for the existing public buildings in China.
