房屋拆迁过程中估价机构的信誉评价机制研究

[摘 要] 在房屋拆迁过程中,房屋价格的评估最容易引发拆迁矛盾。对房屋拆迁过程中如何选择估价机构提出对策建议。同时,采用权重综合评价法建立了房屋拆迁过程中估价机构的信誉评价机制。[关键词] 房屋拆迁;估价机构;信誉评价机制;权重综合评价法Abstract: The compensation price of house is the most disputable issue in the house relocation process.
