[摘　要]　介绍了我国城市廉租住房供给制度的建设历程及其各阶段供给保障体系的特征，研究并分析了国内外住房保障的经验和做法，针对我国廉租住房供给模式的现状，提出优化廉租住房供给机制以及建立政府廉租住房管理信息系统等建议，以达到有效利用房源、实施高效监管的目的，更大程度地实现社会居住资源的公平配置。

Abstract: Introduces the history and the characteristics of low-rent housing in China, as well as experiences and methods of national and international housing guarantee system. Aiming to the status quo of low-rent housing in China, provides some beneficial advices including optimizing the supply mechanism and establishing the management information system, to use the source of housing and supervise effectively. It is useful to reach the goal of distributing the social residential resource fairly.
