摘要：以城市轨道交通PPP项目的可行性缺口补助为研究对象，运用投资决策理论，分别构建基于影子票价和基于期望客流量的城市轨道交通PPP项目可行性缺口补助测算模型，并通过算例验证两个模型具有应用性价值。

Abstract：Taking the viability gap funding of urban rail transit PPP projects as the research object，using the theory of investment decision，establishes two prediction model on viability gap funding for urban rail transit PPP projects，one based on shadow ticket price，the other based on expected passenger flow. Then，verifies the practicality of the two models by an example.
