摘要：以黑牛洞铜矿采选工程为研究对象，根据工程项目的具体特点，从建立工程质量管理保证体系、健全工程质量管理制度、加强施工过程控制和质量通病的防治等方面阐述质量管理思路和方法，探索做好工程项目质量管理的有效途径。

Abstract：Taking the mineral engineering in the Heiniudong copper mining as research object，according to the specific characteristics of the engineering project，the paper expounds and discusses the quality management ideas and methods in aspects of setting up the project quality management guarantee system，improving the construction quality management system，strengthening the construction process control，strengthening the prevention and control of the quality common fault，so as to find the effective way of engineering project quality management.
