摘要：基于文献综述发现，国际上关于建筑业从业人员工作压力的研究非常多，而国内相关的研究鲜见。本文阐述建筑业从业人员工作压力研究的重要性，综述国内外工作压力的理论研究进展，归纳建筑业从业人员工作压力文献所采用的主要研究方法。并在此基础上，提出建筑业从业人员工作压力今后的主要研究

方向。

Abstract：From the literature review，finds that there rarely see systematic job stress research on the construction professionals in China，but there are lots of relevant study abroad. This paper illustrates the importance of stress study on the construction professionals，summarizes and compares the stress research progress in China and abroad，explores the research methodology adopted by job stress literature. On the basis，suggests the future research directions of the job stress for construction professionals.
