摘要：分析目前全生命周期造价管理模式应用于建筑设计中在造价控制方面存在的弊端，结合全生命周期造价管理理论再造设计流程，构建基于全生命周期造价管理的建筑设计系统。

Abstract：This paper uses the life cycle cost management in architectural design to analyze the current malpractices that exist in cost control. Combining with the life cycle cost management theory，reengineers the design process，and builds an architectural design system based on the life cycle cost management theory.
