摘要：建筑工业化是建筑业发展的必然趋势。梳理我国建筑工业化发展情况，分析发展面临的障碍因素，并通过解释结构模型分析各个障碍因素之间的层级关系和对建筑工业化发展的影响路径。在此基础上，从政府、开发商和施工单位三个层面提出解决建筑工业化发展障碍的建议。

Abstract：Construction industrialization is an inevitable trend of the construction industry. The paper combs the development of construction industrialization，analyzes the development barrier factors of construction industrialization. Then，describes the interrelation among these barriers via interpretative structural modeling and analyzes the influencing path. Finally，puts forward some suggestions for solving these barriers from the perspective of the government，developers and construction units.
