[摘 要] 通过对香港、台湾、大陆三地房地产中介市场管理中的市场准入制度、市场运营规模监控制度、市场运行安全保障制度的比较分析,提出建立大陆房地产中介机构的资质审查前置制度、发展规模控制制度以及强制执业保证金制度的建议,并指出要加强和落实资金监管制度。

Abstract: By comparing the market access system, the market operation scale monitoring system, the market operation safety guarantee system in Hong Kong, Tai Wan and Mainland, points out that the qualification pre-check system, the development scale control system and the compulsory deposit system should be established in Mainland. The bankroll supervision system should also be strengthened and carried out.
