摘要：随着国内绿色建筑的发展，LEED绿色建筑评价标准逐渐被业内及公众所熟悉。在简释LEED评价体系及其在国内认证现状的基础上，将其与我国2014版绿色建筑评价标准比较，分析其在我国发展的局限性，并从借鉴LEED的成功经验的角度，提出完善我国绿色建筑评价标准的建议。

Abstract：With the development of green building in domestic，LEED green building rating standards is gradually familiar to the public and the industry. On the basis of the interpretion of LEED evaluation system and its application in China，makes a comparative analysis of LEED and green building evaluation standards for 2014 version，and analyzes its limitation in the implementation of our country. Referring to the successful experience of LEED，puts forward the suggestions for perfecting our country's green building evaluation standard.
