摘要：以云南AH水电站为例，对人工费异常波动引起的合同价格争议提出两条解决途径：一是采用调值公式调整，但保留对人工费涨幅过大所造成损失的索赔权；二是将人工费单独调整，但调值公式中将不再对人工费进行调整。研究结果显示，第二种途径更有利于合同履行和风险规避，但需事先在合同中约定人工费调整的风险责任归属以及调整方法。

Abstract：Taking Yunnan AH hydropower station as an example，this paper points out two solutions for contract price dispute brought by abnormal price fluctuation of labor costs：One is using the pricing formula，but reserve the right to claim for losses caused by abnormal price fluctuation. The other is to adjust labor costs alone，but omit labor costs in price adjustment formula. The results show that the second way is more advantageous from aspects of contract implementation and risk avoiding，but risk liability and adjustment method of labor costs should be clearly declared in the contract.
