摘要：基于高校基建材料设备采供管的工作实践，对建材采供管工作的议事程序、采购决策、计划采供、履约监督、管理激励、事后评估等管理环节进行探究思考，为进一步改进采供工作、提高管理水平提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the practical experience on the purchase and supply management of materials and equipments in universities infrastructure engineering，this paper mainly explores and studies some aspects in management work，including parliamentary procedure，purchase decision-making，the plan of purchase and supply，the supervision of performance，management incentives and post evaluation，etc. The paper can also supply a reference for improving the purchase and supply work and the management level.
