基于软系统方法的工程项目风险管理规划

[摘 要] 本文简要分析了风险管理规划对风险管理成败的重要性。在对软系统方法论的简要回顾后,分析了工程项目的软系统特点和采用软系统方法进行风险管理分析的适用性,阐述了应用软系统方法进行风险管理规划的分析过程。本文通过软系统方法论的实践,为建设项目风险管理规划工作提供了思路上的借鉴。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the importance of risk management planning. After a brief review of Soft System Methodology (SSM), it analyzed the soft system characteristics of construction project and the applicability on using SSM for risk analysis. It also expounded the process of using SSM for risk management planning. The paper provided the ideas for construction risk management planning through the practice of SSM.
