摘要：本文提出城市建设投融资机制创新整体推进思路及实施框架，并研究基于可持续发展的城市建设投融资机制的资金来源、市场运作及其长效保障机制，为我国城市建设投融资机制的改革与完善提供借鉴。关键词：城市建设；投融资；可持续发展；运行机制Abstract：The paper proposes the innovative financing mechanism to promote the idea of urban development and the implementation of the overall framework，studies the sources of funding，market operation mechanism，long-term operation and safeguard mechanism of the investment and financing mechanism based on the sustainable development，provides some references for the reform and improve in China’s urban construction investment.Keywords：urban construction；investment and financing；sustainable development；operating mechanism参考文献[1] Bahl R，Wallace S.
