摘要：为更好地定位我国建筑业在经济中的作用及未来潜力，基于第三次全国经济普查资料及世界银行和OECD等组织的数据库，比较并归结建筑业在我国经济发展中的支撑作用，探讨制约因素，展望建筑业继续发挥重要作用的可能性，提出促进建筑业未来发展的对策建议。

Abstract：To determine the role and the future potential of the construction industry in the economy，the paper discusses the supporting role of the construction industry in economy，the bottleneck factors of the construction industry development and the possibility of playing an important role in the future based on the third economic census data and the datas of the world bank and OECD. Then，puts forward suggestions to promote the future development of construction industry.
