[摘　要]　现代大型建设项目往往包括多个毗邻子项目，加大了风险管理的难度。需要加强项目之间的协同管理，最大限度地利用项目自身的技术环境条件和组织间的信息资源，协同建设，共同控制项目群风险。文章以山区高速公路桥隧毗邻项目群为例，分析项目群风险的特征，进行项目毗邻群段风险识别，提出建立风险协同管理平台，对项目群风险管理方法与模式进行了探讨。

Abstract: Large-scale construction program often includes a number of adjoining sub-programs, which increase the difficulty of risk management. It is necessary to strengthen the co-management of projects and  maximize the usage of the technology and environment conditions of project itself and information resources between the management organization, construct coordinately and control the project risk together. By the evidence from the mountainous area expressway where bridge and tunnels are adjoined, this paper analyzed the characteristics of programme risk, carried on the programme risk identification, proposed to establish a risk concurrent management platform, and then explored the management method and pattern of the programme risk.
