[摘　要]　中国建筑项目由于目前市场经济体制不完善而具有决策风险。通过对比分析建筑项目运行条件与决策条件，证明二者在时间、过程和结构维度上具有较强的耦合性。耦合性研究的意义在于通过把握运行条件与决策条件的关系，将改善建筑项目决策风险的重点聚焦在推动建筑项目管理模式的演进上，进而全面提升项目管理绩效。

Abstract: At present，Chinese construction project has the decision-making risk because the market economy system is imperfect. By contrastive anglicizing the construction project operating condition and the decision-making condition， the paper proves that they have the strong coupling mechanism in time, process and structure dimensions. The coupling mechanism research's significance lies that through grasping the operating condition and the decision-making condition relations， we will focus the key point of improving the construction project decision-making risk on the management mode evolution for comprehensive promotion of project management achievements.
