[摘　要]　可施工性对建筑产品的设计质量、施工的便利性以及高效性都有重要影响。通过对国内外可施工性研究的综述，从合同模式出发，对比分析了传统模式DBB与EPC总承包模式的设计组织过程，并提出EPC总承包模式对于解决可施工性问题所固有的优势。然后结合EPC模式的特点，给出EPC模式下工程设计阶段可施工性研究的基本步骤，以期推动可施工性思想在我国EPC工程项目中的应用。

Abstract: Constructability has an important impact on design quality of building products, convenience and efficience of construction. The research progress in constructability at home and abroad is reviewed. Based on the contract mode, this paper has a comparative analysis of organization design process between the traditional mode and EPC mode, and raises that EPC general contracting mode have inherent advantages to resolve issues of constructability. Due to the characteristics of EPC mode, it proposes the basic steps of constructability study in design phase, in order to promote its application to EPC projects in our country.
