[摘　要]　分析了甲方原因造成的工期延长引起的工程直接成本、隐含成本、资金占用成本及工程索赔等的增加，提出预防工期延长的对策，并就开发企业如何加强细部管理、减少开发成本提出合理化建议。

Abstract: The paper analyses the prolonged construction period caused by the development enterprise, and its' influence on the increase of direct cost, implicit cost, capital occupation cost and project claim. Based on this analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to prevent the prolonged construction period, and proposes some reasonable suggestions to strengthen the detail management and reduce the development cost for development enterprise.
