[摘　要]　房产测绘作为我国的法定测绘之一，其测绘成果是房屋产权登记的重要依据，直接关系到广大群众的切身利益。针对市场开放后房产测绘行业出现的问题，从市场准入、作业标准、成果审核、成果鉴定四个方面提出了房产测绘行业的监管方法。

Abstract: As a legal surveying， the result of real estate surveying is an important basis for house ownership register， it directly relates to the people's vital interests. Aims to the problems in real estate surveying industry after the market opening， the paper puts forward the supervision method of real estate survey industry from market access， operation standard， result audit and result identification.
