[摘　要]　针对当前我国的廉租房实施办法，从低收入家庭申请廉租房条件的设定、廉租房的保障方式、廉租房建设的资金和房屋来源三个方面提出完善建议。

Abstract: Aims to the implementing method of low-rent house in China， the paper proposes some suggestions to perfect the low-rent housing system from the condition setting， the guarantee mode， the source of capital and low-rent house.
