[摘　要]　根据增量成本理论界定建筑节能市场的增量投资概念、特征以及与存量投资的关系，确定增量投资产生过程分析的基本原则，通过对工程实践中的基于过程和基于技术的增量投资产生过程方法的总结，提出需综合考虑过程、技术和能源消耗的分析思路，建立了包含增量动因产生维、生命周期维、能源消耗维的增量投资产生三维模型，实现了对建筑节能市场增量投资产生的内部动力分析。

Abstract: According to the theory of incremental cost, define the concept and characteristics of incremental investment, and analyze the relationship between incremental and basic investment in building energcy efficiency market. Confirm the basic analysis principle of incremental investment emerging, summarize the practical method based on process and based on technique, and propose the analytic thought synthetically considering process, technique and energy consumption. Establish incremental investment emerging three-dimension model including incremental reason emerging dimension, life cycle dimension and energy consumption dimension. Realize to analyze the interior drive of incremental investment emerging.
