[摘　要]　通过对建筑施工企业自身现状、国内房地产市场环境及相关行业政策的分析，指出施工企业要充分利用自身的技术、资金、管理等资源优势，扬长避短，积极拓展房地产开发业务，不断提升施工企业的盈利能力和抗风险能力。

Abstract: Through analysis on status quo of construction enterprise, real estate market environment at home as well as industry policy, points out that construction enterprise should utilize its resource advantages on technology, capital and management to extend the real estate business actively and improve the profitability and anti-risk ability.
