[摘　要]　根据建筑产品的特点，总结了垫资施工的类型，指出在目前建筑市场环境下垫资施工是不可避免的，并给出应对垫资施工的策略。

Abstract: The paper summarizes the types of construction with fund according to the characters of building products, proposes the construction with fund is inevitable under the present market environment, and puts forward some strategies.
