[摘　要]　首先对我国建筑业组织结构的发展历程进行了回顾，对其现状进行了比较分析。同时对中外建筑业组织结构进行了比较分析，并对我国建筑业组织结构的未来发展趋势进行了预测。最后提出了相应的对策和建议。

Abstract: This paper first reviewed the development process of the organization structure in Chinese construction industry and compared the status quo of the construction firms in different organization structure. At the same time， the organization structure of China is compared with that of developed countries， and then forecasted the reasonable organization structure and its development trend of Chinese construction industry in the future. Finally， it gave the countermeasures and suggestions.
