摘要：在对比分析国内外宜居社区评价指标体系的基础上，提出我国村镇宜居社区应具备经济持续度、环境友好度、资源节约度、生活便利度、社会和谐度五个方面的特征；建立了村镇宜居社区三级评价指标体系框架，包括5个一级指标、19个二级指标、56个三级指标，以及5个加分项指标。

Abstract：On the basis of analyzing the relevant evaluation index system of livable community at home and abroad，the paper puts forward the five characteristics of livable community including economic sustainability，environmental friendliness，resource saving，living convenience and social harmony. Then，establishes three level evaluation index system framework，including 5 first-level indicators，19 second-level indicators，56 third-level indicators and 5 bonus items.
