摘要：以PPP项目中政府与企业的匹配关系为研究对象，在政企主体角色定位的基础上，构建企业层面的政府匹配满意度指标体系和政府层面的企业匹配满意度指标体系，并提出促进公私双方有效匹配的建议。

Abstract：Taking the matching relationship between government and enterprise in the PPP project as the research object，the paper constructs the matching satisfaction degree index system from the enterprise level of the government and the government level of enterprise based on the main role orientation of the government and enterprise. Then，gives some advices to promote effective match between public and private.
