摘要：采用不平衡报价策略，将总价的确定与单价的调整结合起来。借助不完全信息静态博弈理论建立不平衡总价模型，定义优惠系数的概念，运用线性规划方法提出不平衡单价的调整模型。通过案例演示对报价优化模型的使用方法进行说明。研究结果可帮助投标人合理确定总价和优化单价，增加其收益。

Abstract：Using the unbalanced bidding strategy，this paper integrates the determination of total price and the adjustment of unit price，sets up the equilibrium price model using the static game theory of incomplete information，defines the discount coefficient，and puts forward the adjustment model of the unit price using linear programming method. Then，demonstrates the use of the method through case study. The results can help bidders to determine the reasonable total price and optimize the unit price，so as to increase their benefits.
