摘要：准确评估绿色基础设施的总经济价值，是辅助投资决策的必要前提。本文从投资价值、有形价值和无形价值三方面，构建城市绿色基础设施总经济价值评估模型，然后应用成本—收益分析与乘数分析法，分析苏州独墅湖高教区总经济价值。实证结果表明，从长期发展来看，城市绿色基础设施的总经济价值较高，对区域发展具有巨大的推动作用。

Abstract：Accurate assessment of the total economic value of green infrastructure is a necessary prerequisite for the decision making of investment. The paper constructs the total economic value evaluation model of urban green infrastructure from investment value，tangible value and intangible value three aspect，empirically analyzes the total economy value of suzhou dushu lake higher education area by applying of cost-benefit analysis and multiplier analysis method. The empirical result shows that the total economic value of urban green infrastructure is relatively high and plays an important role in promoting regional development from the long-term development.
