摘要：合理的风险共担是提高既有建筑节能改造项目风险管理效率的重要手段。基于项目主体行为策略选择的视角，构建项目业主与节能服务公司风险共担的演化博弈模型，分析项目风险共担策略的演化机理，探讨交易成本高低和风险收益分配比例的影响，并从稳定合作关系等三个方面提出风险共担促进建议。

Abstract：The reasonable risk-sharing is an important means to improve the risk management efficiency of existing building energy-saving reconstruction projects. Based on the perspective of subject strategy choice behavior，the paper establishes the evolutionary game model of risk-sharing strategy among the existing building energy-saving renovation owners with the energy service company，analyzes the evolution mechanism of project risk-sharing strategy，and discusses the influence of transaction costs and risk income distribution proportion，puts forward suggestions such as stabling the relations of cooperation and so on to promote the risk-sharing.
