摘要：以西安市碑林区中心城区为例，深入分析其地下空间开发利用存在的问题，在此基础上提出点、线、面三种地下空间开发利用模式，探究中心城区多元化、立体化开发的适宜实施路径，并提出促进地下空间合理开发利用的建议，为其它城市类似开发利用提供参考。

Abstract：The paper takes the central zone in Xi’an Beilin district as a case study，analyzes the problems existing in underground space development，thus proposes developing modes of point，line and surface，explores suitable path from the perspective of diversification and three-dimensions for the development of central zone. Finally proposes suggestions for the underground space development，provides references for similar cities.
