摘要：从验房行业的构成情况、验房企业组织模式、消费者对验房行业的评价等方面分析我国验房行业现状，指出存在的问题、原因及发展趋势，从验房行业发展战略和总体思路、构建行业管理框架、建立行业管理体制机制、构建行业人才教育培训体系和技能鉴定系统等方面提出我国验房行业发展对策。

Abstract：From the composition of house inspection industry，house inspection business organizational model，consumer evaluation of house inspection industry and other aspects，the paper analyzes the status quo of house inspection industry，points out the problems，causes and trends，puts forward the development measures from the planning of development strategy and the general idea，building industry regulatory framework，establishing the industry management system and mechanism，building industry professionals education and training system as well as skills identification systems and other aspects of house inspection industry.
