摘要：以某超高层建设项目为例，从垂直运输、结构施工、其他措施和超高层人工降效四个方面分析超高层建设项目施工措施费的组成，并测算其指标，为超高层建设项目施工措施费的确定提供参考。

Abstract：Taking a super high-rise building as an example，this paper analyzes the compositions of construction measure expenses of super high-rise buildings from vertical transportation，structure construction，other measure fees and the decline of labors’ efficiency four aspects. Furthermore，calculates some interrelated indexes，provides reference for determining measure expenses of super high-rise buildings.
