浅析最后计划者体系在施工生产管理中的应用

[摘 要] 对最后计划者体系的基本原理和实施方法进行了阐述,分析了最后计划者体系与传统计划方法的区别与联系,指出我国建筑施工企业推行最后计划者体系方法尚存在的障碍。[关键词] 最后计划者(LP),PPC,精益建造,生产管理Abstract: According to discussion on the basic principle and implement method of last planner system, the paper analyzes the discrimination and relationship between the last planner system and traditional plan method.
