摘要：结合当前高校零星基建工程招标缺陷，探讨电子招标系统创建的必要性及可行性，提出高校零星基建工程电子招标系统架构图及应用流程，分析系统建设的要点、难点问题并展望系统的应用前景。

Abstract：Combined with the defect of college sporadic engineering bidding，this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility about electronic bidding system of college sporadic engineering，proposes the system structure diagram and application process of electronic bidding system of university sporadic engineering，analyzes the key points in the system construction and looks into its future application.
