摘要：运用概率论的理论和方法定量证明建设工程最优投标报价存在的确定性，并通过分别分析中标概率与投标报价利润率和报价额度的函数关系，计算投标报价的最优区间；在实际应用中，可以根据企业的实际状况分析选择投标报价的可行性，求解投标报价退让区间，协助企业选择合适的投标报价，以提高中标概率。

Abstract：This paper proves the existence of construction engineering optimum bid quotation based on the mathematical methods using probability and statistics theory. Then through analysing the function relationship between the bid profit rate and winning probability and the function relationship between winning probability and bid quotation amount，calculates the optimal bid quotation interval. In practice，the results can help the enterprises to analyze the feasibility of bidding and find the concessions interval according to actual situation，so as to assist them decide the proper bid quotation and raise the possibility of winning the bidding.
